Refund policy

Our 30-day happiness guarantee. If something isn't right with your order, email hello@lumiclay.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll make it right.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Send us a photo and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund for those items, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send anything back.

Change of mind

Unopened kits in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email us first and we'll send you the return address. Return postage is paid by you, and original shipping costs aren't refundable. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns of clay that has been opened.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights, or the rights you have under the laws of the country you live in.
