Shipping policy

Where we ship. We ship to Australia and the United States. Every order gets a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way, and you can also follow it on our Track your order page.

Australia

• Standard: $11, or free on orders of $80 or more. Sent within 1–2 business days and usually delivered in 3–12 business days, depending on where your order ships from and where you live.
• Express: $12.95 (up to 7 kits) or $16.95 (8–12 kits). Packed by us in Sydney and sent by Australia Post Express Post, usually the next business day. Most orders arrive 1–3 business days after dispatch.

United States

• Standard, duties and taxes included: about US$14, or free on orders of US$60 or more. The exact price is shown at checkout before you pay. Sent from our fulfilment partner's warehouse and usually delivered in 6–12 business days.
• Import duties and taxes are paid by us before your parcel arrives, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Good to know

• Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and can stretch during peak periods (like Christmas) or bad weather.
• Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at hello@lumiclay.com.au and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.
• If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
