Terms of service

These terms apply when you use lumiclay.com.au or lumiclay.com (the "site") or buy from Lumi Clay ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Australian dollars on lumiclay.com.au and US dollars on lumiclay.com, and include any taxes that apply. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. An order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is unavailable, a price is clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud.

2. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

3. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

4. Using our kits safely

Our clay kits are designed for creative play and crafting. Children should be supervised by an adult. Clay and small parts are not food and should be kept away from children under 3. Follow the instructions in each kit.

5. Promotions and gifts

Discounts, free gifts and free-shipping offers apply only while they're shown on the site, can't be exchanged for cash, and may change or end at any time. Gifts are subject to availability.

6. Content and intellectual property

All designs, photos, videos and text on the site belong to Lumi Clay or are used with permission. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that can't be excluded.

8. Privacy

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy policy.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on the site when you order applies. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
